This is my 3rd model on ARC. I always wanted to build an IAF Cobra since I saw two of them in 1999 patrolling the beach of Tel Aviv at low altitude.
It's the old Monogram/Revell Kit but the overall appearance is quite good, especially the cockpit looks great if you consider the age of the kit. Revell re-issued the kit in 2010 and I built it out of the box despite an additional antenna under the fuselage is visible on IAF Cobras.
The instruction sheet is wrong in some ways. The TOW sight system is depicted to deep down in the cockpit. Make sure it's seen from the outside. The canon should be fixed angled upwards as seen on most original Cobras. Olaf Sprenger
